Good Afternoon, I hope everyone is well this afternoon. If you have not heard I will be leaving the Boy Scouts of America on September 30th, to begin a new adventure.
I have enjoyed my time with the organization and have made some lifetime friends during my tenure. I have seen many of your children start in Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and gain their Eagle Award. Some I have seen get married and start their own families. I will take those moments with me.
The Council will be hosting a farewell gathering at the office on September 30th at 11:30 a.m. If you are able to make it, I would like to see you before I leave.
