There are just 2 more Storefront weekends left in the 2021 Selling Season! Do you have extra popcorn? Do you need more popcorn? Please email myself and Derrick Russaw (derrick.russaw@scouting.org) with your surplus/need numbers by 3pm Tues 10/12. Then we can get product brought to the Hsv Scout Office before Storefronts this coming weekend!
Since the season is coming a close, it’s time to start preparing for your Final Order.
- Have you planned a unit meeting to collect any remaining orders and payments from your Scout Families? Double-check that any orders taken on a paper form have been put into the TE system and make sure you have received payments for all Wagon Sales.
- Go through your PK Portal and check that every Wagon Sale is marked Delivered or Undelivered correctly. Any Scout showing a negative inventory for a product is a sure sign something was mistakenly marked Delivered.
