Chief Scout Executive (and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.scoutingmagazine.org\/2022\/01\/14\/bsas-roger-c-mosby-receives-bronze-wolf-highest-award-in-world-scouting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">recent Bronze Wolf award recipient<\/a>) Roger Mosby said as much when he spoke with Bryan on Scouting last summer:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>The real test to see where we are in terms of normalcy in Scouting is to see how many new members we get this fall. That will be key for us. I have no doubt that we\u2019re going to emerge from bankruptcy.
